At Pure Hempology we always strive for excellence, but sometimes mistakes do happen. In the event that you receive the wrong or defective item(s) please don’t hesitate to call our Customer Service Department at (512) 779-2512. We will correct the mistake immediately with no charge to you, our valued customer.
If your package appears damaged upon arrival simply snap a picture, refuse the delivery (if you’re home), and give us a call to initiate your damage claim and we’ll get a replacement(s) out to you right away.
We understand that things happen and sometimes you change your mind a bit too late. No worries, we’ve got you covered.
We ACCEPT unopened and undamaged returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping on unopened and undamaged products.
We apologize, but Pure Hempology can NOT ACCEPT open item returns of any kind. Technically, our products are sold as supplements or a food substance, so once they are opened we cannot use them or resell the item(s).
